You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Do not participate where doing so would violate applicable law or another agreement.
The pilot
Remix Grove provides experimental challenge, attribution, moderation, and showcase features. Features may change, pause, or end during validation. We do not promise continuous availability.
Your account and submissions
You are responsible for information and public links you submit. You confirm that your details are accurate enough for attribution and contact, and that your submission follows the Community Rules.
Ownership and permissions
You keep ownership of your original work. The permissions required to operate the challenge and enable other creators to remix opted-in work are described in the Remix Permission, which forms part of these terms.
Selection and moderation
Pilot showcases are selected using transformation, attribution, originality, generosity, and challenge fit—not follower count. We may reject or remove content for rights, safety, integrity, technical, or community reasons.
No prize, token, or investment promise
Challenge 001 offers recognition and possible showcase placement only. There is no promised cash prize, token, airdrop, investment opportunity, listing, return, or financial benefit. If a future challenge offers a sponsor-funded prize, separate rules will be published before entry opens.
Third-party services and links
Submissions and the site may link to third-party platforms. Remix Grove does not control their availability, content, privacy, or terms. A link is not an endorsement.
Reports and takedowns
Send rights or safety reports to hello@remixgrove.com. Include the affected URLs, the right or concern involved, your connection to it, and the action requested.
Disclaimers
The pilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remix Grove disclaims implied warranties. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your work, permissions, public posts, and interactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remix Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from pilot use.
Ending participation
You may stop using the pilot anytime. We may suspend access or submissions that violate these terms or pose material risk. Provisions concerning ownership, existing permissions, disputes, and responsibility survive where necessary.
