What we collect
For the waitlist, we collect your email, selected role, consent version, and signup time. For challenge submissions, we collect your creator name, contact email, public work and parent links, transformation note, remix permission, AI-use disclosure, challenge identifier, and acceptance version.
We do not ask for wallet addresses, government identifiers, payment details, birth dates, or private media uploads during this pilot.
Why we use it
- Send challenge and creator updates you requested.
- Review, moderate, attribute, and showcase challenge entries.
- Protect challenge integrity and respond to rights or safety reports.
- Measure pilot participation using aggregated counts.
Public and private information
Your creator name, public work link, parent link, transformation note, permission status, and AI-use disclosure may appear in a public showcase. Your email remains private unless you separately ask us to publish it.
Processors and location
The launch site and database are designed to use Cloudflare services. Their infrastructure may process data in multiple countries. We may add an email delivery provider before sending updates and will update this notice when we do.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or after 24 months without meaningful activity. Rejected or withdrawn pilot submissions are deleted or de-identified within 90 days unless needed for a rights, safety, or legal matter. Approved lineage records may remain visible until withdrawn or removal is required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal, deletion, or unsubscribe by emailing hello@remixgrove.com. Withdrawal does not affect uses already made while permission was active.
Security
We use encrypted transport, server-side validation, private form records, limited collection, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The pilot is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit personal information if you are under 18.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here. If a change affects the permission for existing submissions, we will provide notice where reasonably possible.
